Kelsey specializes in marketing and communications strategies that help schools, colleges, and public institutions engage their communities in meaningful, results-driven ways. She leads the design and implementation of outreach initiatives, including community surveys, focus panels, and targeted communications efforts that provide valuable insight into public priorities and help shape decision-making.
Kelsey's role also extends to managing client databases, election logistics, and finance campaign strategy, supporting public institutions with the tools and information they need to connect with community members effectively. Kelsey’s work bridges data and storytelling by transforming research into effective communication strategies that build understanding, trust, and support.
Kelsey has experience teaching at the elementary school and collegiate levels, providing strategic counsel in K-12 and post-secondary education, and extensive management experience in the public health field.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree. Kelsey joined BB&C in 2014.
Mark is the Executive Vice President at Banach, Banach & Cassidy.
Mark leads strategic initiatives to build positive relationships and participation between public organizations and their constituents. He manages strategy design and execution, target market development, and community research.
Mark has over 10 years of experience in economic development and community revitalization for the State of Michigan. Mark has worked with multiple gubernatorial administrations, leading efforts to shape Michigan’s economy. Mark has extensive experience in community outreach, business development, site selection, and public finance.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s and two Master’s degrees. Mark began consulting with BB&C in 2013 and joined the team full-time in 2025.
Jennifer is the Marketing and Operations Manager of Banach, Banach & Cassidy. She is an expert in leading marketing campaigns, streamlining operations, and campaign-related social media applications.
Jenifer has 16 years of experience in the education and public health sectors. She has extensive experience in quality control, process improvements, and client education.
Jennifer holds an Associate's and a Bachelor's Degree.
Jordan is the Marketing Coordinator and Data Analyst at Banach, Banach & Cassidy. She is an expert in social media strategy, email campaigns, and data analytics.
Jordan creates and optimizes content to increase engagement and conversions. She also conducts focus groups and interviews to support qualitative research and insight-driven strategy.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing.
Bill is a Principal at Banach, Banach & Cassidy, and is nationally recognized for his issues management and social forecasting programs. He is considered “the godfather” of educational marketing.
Bill has served as a local district, regional agency, and college administrator.
Bill authored The ABC Series, four books focused on educational planning and marketing, the Survey Research Primer, and The ABCs of Teacher-Parent Communication. His articles have appeared in more than 50 journals and magazines, and he has served as the host of America’s Learning, a weekly, hour-long program on National Public Radio.
Bill was named “one of America’s top 100 school executives” by Executive Educator Magazine. He specializes in survey research, societal forecasting, planning, and marketing strategy.
Bill is an accredited public relations professional (APR) and holds a Bachelor’s, a Master’s, and a Doctorate Degree.
Cynthia is a Principal at Banach, Banach & Cassidy. Her background is survey research, journalism, and school administration.
Cynthia was the deputy superintendent and chief curriculum administrator at a regional education agency before assuming her responsibilities at BB&C. She served as a local school board member for ten years (nine of them as Board President).
Cynthia is a co-developer of The ABC Pre-election Audit. She specializes in survey research, focus panel facilitation, database management, citizen group facilitation, and the design and implementation of school finance elections.
Cynthia has a Bachelor’s, a Master’s, and an Educational Specialist Degree.
